On behalf of the Board, we would like to express our sincere thanks to Jenny OReilly for her great contribution to Wicklow Dementia Support. During her 11 years with WDS, as one of the founders and our AlzPal and Activities Coordinator, Jenny provided great leadership, energy and vision.

Jenny helped develop and maintain our dementia specific befriending program, AlzPalzs. Her empathy and passion towards dementia specific clubs, activities and support here in Wicklow for families living with dementia has been a lifeline for many.

We thank her, and extend our best wishes for the future.

Jenny’s replacement at Wicklow Dementia Support will be Jackie O’Toole. Jackie will be taking up the AlzPals Coordinator position on an interim basis. Jackie led the initial group that set up Wicklow Dementia Support. We welcome her and wish her well in her new role.
